Unauthorized auto-renewal charged me after my trial period

I signed up for what was supposed to be a 4-week program from Nordletics. The website is nordletics.co. I agreed to pay for those 4 weeks only, that was the deal.

After the 4 weeks were over, they charged me again. It was an auto-renewal that I never agreed to. They took $105.94 from my account.

I never authorized this continued payment. It feels like they just took the money without my permission. I only wanted the one month I paid for.

Charged for a subscription I never signed up for

I signed up for what was supposed to be a four-week exercise thing on nordletics.com. Next thing I know, they start charging me for a subscription. I never signed up for any subscription. I only used their app three times total.

I tried to get my money back, three hundred dollars. They refused. They just wouldn't give it back.
