Ordered items, tracking said delivered but never got anything

I ordered several items from their website. They gave me a tracking number and after a month it said the package was delivered. But I never got anything.

I emailed them at [email protected] and asked what happened. They asked if I wanted a refund or a reship. I said reship. After another month I emailed again and said just give me a refund. They said it would take 15 days. That was a while ago and now nothing. I lost $99.
