Got an email about signing papers I never agreed to

I got this email from northgate legal. It says our Docusign agreement was finished and needs signatures. I never signed any papers with them. I don't have an agreement with this company.

The email has a link to follow the documents, but it goes to a different site. It just doesn't feel right. I didn't click it. I don't know why they're contacting me about this.
