Thanks so much for your response [redacted]! I am rejecting this response because we still haven't addressed the main issue. While you addressed all of my reasons for terminating my patronage, those facts were never in question.The issue is very simple:Northland Raquet Club has a 100% risk free money back guarantee on its website.
