Charged almost $200 for sports gear from NovoSabe that never arrived

I saw an ad for sports gear under the brand name NOVO SABE. I went to their website, NovoSabe.com, and placed an order. The total charge was $197.94. The money came out of my account right away.

I never got any shipping confirmation or tracking info. I tried to contact them using their support email, [email protected]. No one ever replied. I looked up their listed address, which is 834-F S.Perry st unit#1439, Castle Rock, CO 80104, USA. It doesn't seem right.

It's been weeks now. No gear, no communication, nothing. I just lost my money.
