Ordered collagen powder, never got it, lost my money

I bought CollaSmile Collagen Powder from Nudent.co back on February 10th. I still haven't gotten my order. I've emailed them a few times to ask what's going on. They just keep saying the order wasn't shipped and that they've escalated it.

Then on February 27th, I got an email from someone named Linda Anderson who said she's the founder. She said my shipment was lost but would be here in 1 to 2 days. That was weeks ago. Nothing ever showed up.

I'm out $24.71. I just want my money back.
