Charged for a subscription I didn't want and a cheap product

I ordered a thigh product from Nuerabeam back in December. It was $399. I didn't know it came with a subscription for some small oil refills, which cost $399 plus $4 every month. I cancelled in February. I got an email saying they'd return the $399 for that month in 10 days, but they wouldn't refund the January amount.

I emailed again after my account didn't get the money back. My bank told me to leave it so I could get my refund. Then it happened a third time in March. Another $399 and another $4 taken out separately. So far they've taken $1,200 on top of the $399 for the product.

The product itself is cheap and wasn't anything like it was shown online.
