Ordered from Nuora, never got a refund, now their emails don't work
I placed an order with this company called Nuora. Right after, I realized it wasn't legit. I asked to cancel it within the hour. Days later they got back to me and said it already shipped. A month went by and I never got the item. I asked for a full refund over and over.
Eventually they said they'd just resend it instead of giving a refund. I did get that item. The same day, I emailed them to get the info I needed to send it back. Their return email doesn't work. The customer service email doesn't work either. So now I'm stuck with this thing and no way to get my money back. I had to cancel my credit card because after they charged me, a $1.00 fraud charge from out of the country got flagged.
