Ordered for Valentine's Day, got it in March, can't get a refund

I placed an order on odourtion.com for Valentine's Day. It took six weeks to get here. The whole time I was getting updated emails and AI responses about delayed shipments and even a cancellation. The item finally showed up in March.

When I tried to ask for a return, I just got an automated response. It said they would order more items. That doesn't make any sense. I need to return this for a refund. I've sent messages to their support email and gotten no real reply. I paid $72 and I have nothing to show for it.
