Paid for a graphics card through Offer Up and never got it

I paid for a graphic processor and the guy said it was on the way. He never sent it. I met him through Offer Up and he asked me to Zelle him the money. That was $255 gone.

His phone number was (678) 615-0546 and he was supposedly in Georgia. I never got any tracking or anything. Just said it was coming and then nothing. No reply after I asked where it was.
