Got calls and voicemails for someone else about a disability exam

I got two calls from (518) 254-6530. They left voicemails both times. The messages were for a "Jefferson Sanchez," which isn't me.

They said they were scheduling an appointment for an exam that's required for a disability claim. The voicemail said the "Office of Disability" needs more information. I don't know anything about this and I'm not the person they're trying to reach. It felt off getting these calls for someone else's private business.
