Paid for Microsoft Office 2016 and got a fake product

I saw this website officegsn.com selling Microsoft Office 2016. I went ahead and paid the $11.99 for it. What I got was a counterfeit product, it wasn't real.

I tried to contact them about it. I used the email [email protected] and I called the phone number (307) 204-0469. Nothing. Their address is supposed to be 1309 Coffeen Ave. Ste 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. I just want my money back for this fake software.
