Fake job offer and bad check left me with a negative balance

I got a job offer in an email from [email protected]. They told me I got a remote data entry position. They sent me a check for $2,950 to buy equipment, so I deposited it. Then my bank came back and said the check was completely fake. Now my account has a negative balance because of it. I never got any job from them, it was all a lie. They are just scammers using that email address. Do not trust anything from [email protected].
