Bought something and got stuck in a subscription I can't cancel

I bought something from the website officialyuri.com. Right after, they added me to some subscription without really telling me. Now they won't let me cancel it. I can't even talk to a real person about it. Nobody answers.

They also asked for all my personal information when I ordered. Now they have it and they're just keeping it. I lost $70 from this. The email they give is [email protected] but it's useless. I just want out of this subscription and I want my info deleted.
