Ordered online and never got my items or my money back

I ordered something from this company and paid $137.76. Never got the stuff. I tried to get a refund but they just won't do it.

I looked into it after and found out this company is listed as a scam by a bunch of agencies including consumer affairs. They're in Great Britain and owned by some other company I don't know the name of. The phone number they gave is (000) 000-0000 which is obviously fake. Emailed them at [email protected] but no reply. Just nothing.
