The agent named Stephany was rude and had NO CLUE how to help me!!!
My doctor referred me to Kern Radiology and blood work but said I would be contacted with details about the blood work. I was not contacted for a few days therefore I called them. A lady named Stephany answered the call. I explained what I needed and she seemed very bothered by the fact that she had to help me as if she was in the middle of something and did not seem to be paying attention to what I was telling her. She was making heavy breathing sounds and told me that the doctor had not asked for blood work. I assured her the Dr. had told me I needed blood work and requested her to contact the doctor to find out. She said she could not do that. She then proceeded to tell me the reason I was not going to get the blood work was because I had missed the doctor's appointment. I assured her I was 100% sure I had my appointment with the doctor. Then, she changed her story to: "Oh, ok, yes, but there is no need for paperwork for the lab work because Kern Radiology will do it on the day of the ultrasound." I told her as far as I knew, Kern Radiology was not going to do it. The doctor had asked me about other labs near me, so we could pick one to send me to. I asked her if she could find out if I needed to fast for the blood test, and she said she didn't know! Stephany then acted very bothered and told me she could not help me any further. She said I needed to contact Kern Radiology because they were the ones assigned to treat me. I thanked her for her so-called help and contacted Kern Radiology. They told me they DO NOT do blood work there! It is incredible to realize how incompetent most of the Omni Health employees are these days! It is a disgrace to have to depend on such a terrible bunch of careless people to take care of my health! They should hire more competent, caring, knowledgeable people and teach them some phone etiquette and common courtesy! SHAME ON THE SYSTEM! Jan. 6th. 2026

I have been billed for a Medical that I did not recieve or request. On October 12, 2017 I visited the Tehachapi branch of OMNI and requested a medical consultation, as requested from the office of my lawyer. The consultation was to be performed for the law office and payment for this consultation was to be paid by the law office. Payment instructions were provided in writing at the time of this visit. The Nurse Practitioner agreed to provide consultation under these terms. The OMNI office later billed my insurance company for this visit. I phoned and explained the preceding information to which they replied that they do not do third party billing. I asked if the Nurse Practitioner was aware of this policy when she agreed to do the consultation work, to which they replied "likely not".
