Paid $1500 for refinancing and then they disappeared

I got contacted by someone named John from 1-213-330-9670. He said they could refinance us from Onemainloans.com and that he was sending our info to a guy named Thomas. Thomas emailed a contract that said we were approved. He said his name was Thomas Church and that he was a Sr. Mortgage Advisor, with NMLS# 2700285. His email was [email protected].

After we sent the $1500 to start the process, we couldn't contact anyone anymore. Neither one answers the phone now. It's been since the first week of March. The address they gave was 5632 Van Nuys Blvd. #300, Van Nuys, CA. We just want our money back or some kind of answer.
