Ordered dentures online, got the wrong item and can't contact the company

I ordered some dentures from Online Dentures on March 8th. It was my first time trying to buy something like this online. The very next day, $57.33 was taken out of my bank account.

What showed up two weeks later wasn't what I ordered at all. I can't use it. I tried to contact the sender about nine times. I'm not great with the internet, so it was hard. Every time I just got an email back saying their mailbox was full. I couldn't reach anyone.

My sister is good with computers, so I asked her to look into it. She found out this is a scam. She said other people have the same complaint and it's been reported before. She told me to report it to my bank and to ScamPulse.com. I called my local ScamPulse.com office and they said I should write a letter about what happened.
