Ordered dresses from TikTok ad and never got them

I saw an ad on TikTok for dresses. It looked good so I clicked to order them and it took me to a separate site. I ordered and paid $25.00. I have not received anything. No dresses showed up. I tried the phone number they had it was (325) 241-4999 but nobody answers. I don’t know what else to do. Just want my money back or the dresses.
