I saw a promotion for a product online and I purchased it. The product never came. Now they've started taking money out of my account, or they've attempted to take it out regularly. The total money lost is $80. The scammer's address was listed as AZ, USA.

Ordered clothes that weren't cotton or denim like advertised

I ordered clothing from an online purchase. The items were not as advertised at all. They were supposed to be cotton or denim. What I got was cheap polyester. It feels completely different and cheap. I paid $57 for this. It's not what I ordered.

I paid $40 for something online and never got it. Every time I try to get help from customer service, it fails. I'm still trying to contact them, but nothing works. I just want what I paid for or my money back.

Charged fifty four dollars for a nine dollar order

I ordered an item online. That was supposed to be nine dollars. They ended up charging me fifty four dollars and eighty three cents. I only agreed to pay the nine dollars. This doesn't make any sense. The charge just came out of my account for the much higher amount.

Paid for pants that never arrived, now they want me to pay again

I ordered 8 pairs of pants from an online purchase. They said the items shipped. Then they said they shipped them twice. Now I am being told I need to pay for these items that were never even delivered to me. I already lost $40. This doesn't make any sense. I never got the pants.

I've been emailing them for six weeks and it's always the same

I emailed them for six weeks straight. Every time it's the same thing. It's a complete scam. They took $65.09 from me and I got nothing. Just the same runaround every time I try to get an answer. It's all a scam.

They keep taking $100 out of my account every month

I keep seeing a charge for $100 from "Online Purchase" on my statement. It comes out every single month. I never signed up for anything like this. I don't even know what it's for.

I tried to find a website or a phone number to contact them, but there's nothing. No way to get in touch. It's just this random charge that keeps happening.

My money is just gone and I can't get it back or make it stop. It doesn't make any sense.
