Ordered one product but got billed for two and a monthly subscription

I tried ordering a product and ended up getting charged for two things. One was 19.98 and the other was 59.94. They also told me it was a recurring monthly order which I had no idea about. Before I even got a statement it already went through PayPal.

I called to cancel right away but after a long talk they said it was too late. I still hadn't gotten any confirmation email about the order or what it cost. It said it would ship in 24 hours unless delayed by high demand. So I went to PayPal directly and called their customer service number since the AI chat is useless. They started a dispute and I got my money back.
