Charged $28.95 every month for a year by a company I never used

So back in March 2024 they charged my credit card a dollar. Then they started hitting me with $28.95 every month for 12 months. I never signed up for anything or authorized any of these charges. I told my credit card company to stop it but every time they blocked one name the scammer just charged me under a different one.

I finally called one of their phone numbers in Utah in March 2025. The guy on the phone said I would get a full refund of $347.40 in 6 months. That was months ago and nothing has shown up. No refund at all.

These websites Onlinevinchecks.com, Cardataonline.com, and Publiccarcheck.com are all the same company. I have no idea how they got my card info.
