Sent us printer cartridges we never ordered, now they're doing it again
Now, less than six months later, the same company, Optimal Imaging Supplies, with the same guy Dan Black, sent another box we didn't order. We called them right when it was dropped off. Someone named Jackie in Accounting answered and said she'd have Dan Black call us back. A few days went by and we heard nothing. Then we got an invoice for $450, so we called Jackie back.
We told Jackie we know it's a scam and they need to pick up their box, void the invoice, and take us off their list. We even told her that ScamPulse.com says the business has an F rating with scam reports. She just insisted she wouldn't do anything and that she'd pass a message to Dan Black. Do not get involved with this company. It's a scam.
