Getting spammed at work and home about opting out of my union

I keep getting emails sent to my work address and my home address from Optouttoday.com. They're all about opting out of paying union dues and not supporting my union anymore. I never asked for this. I don't want these messages coming to my job email, it feels really inappropriate. They just keep showing up and I don't know how they even got my information. It's spam and I want it to stop.
