Bought fungi pens but got charged $63 monthly without knowing

I saw this deal for fungi pens, they were supposed to be $9.99 each and it was buy 3 get 3. The treatment is supposed to work in three weeks. I never got a total price or anything. When I clicked Paypal it just slammed me into Paypal and then abandoned me.

Then my card got charged. Not just once, they set me up for a monthly subscription of $63. I never agreed to a subscription or even saw a total. There is no contact info anywhere on their website.

I looked them up and found they are wanted for other scams and it says they are in Dubai but I am guessing not. I have screen captures. Also this Trusted Source Guides thing is a scam too.
