Ordered from Orre Naturals, asked for a refund immediately, they shipped it anyway

I made a purchase from Orre Naturals and I've emailed them every single day since then asking for a refund. They never even sent me a receipt or a purchase reference number. I had to wait six days with my credit card company, so I finally disputed the charge on Friday, April 17th.

Then tonight I get an email saying they sent the product out. I asked for a refund before they ever shipped anything. They just didn't want to give me my money back. I gave them the last four digits of my card, my full name, my phone number, and my email for the purchase. They had everything they needed to just issue the refund like I asked.

Instead they sent the product out when all I wanted was my money back. I want people to know this is a fraudulent company.
