Bought a scooter online and the site turned out to be a scam

I saw this scooter for sale on Outdoorissimo.com. The price looked good so I went ahead and bought it.
After I paid, I never got any tracking information. That felt off, so I started looking into it.
I found out the whole website is just a scam. I lost $174.
