Review: I order a printer head and nothing else they went ahead and charged me for my printer head and some ink for a printer I don't even now. charged over $200 to my card. I received the ink and not the printer head. there is never a supervisor. agents are insanely rude and not helpful at all. now I am out and insane amount of money and with a product I did not want nor did I need it.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for my purchase and for them to apologize. They have been nothing but rude.
