Unauthorized charges from Parchment.com keep trying to go through

I had unauthorized charges on my virtual credit card from Parchment.com. It was for $8.80. My card company did credit that back to me, which is good.

But then Parchment tried to make another charge, this time for over ten dollars. I had already deactivated that virtual card by then, so it didn't go through. I went ahead and replaced both my physical card and the virtual one just to be safe.

The thing is, Parchment is still trying today. They're still trying to make charges on that old virtual card number, the one that's been deactivated. This company really needs to be looked into. I'm not the only one—other people are complaining about the same unauthorized charges happening to them.
