Ordered clothes that never came or didn't fit, can't get a refund

I placed an order from Parijan Official for an XL shirt and a shirt and pant combo. The combo never showed up at all. The single shirt that did arrive was way too small, like maybe a child's size or a small.

I tried contacting their customer service about a return or refund. They basically ignored what I was asking. I think the replies might have been AI-generated. They'd just apologize a lot for whatever I said, then tell me they had no new information but would update me when they did.

This went back and forth for months. I finally looked up other reviews online and found out my experience is pretty common with them.
