Notice about parking I already paid for in Dallas

I paid for parking at the Dallas Arboretum lot at 8525 S State Hwy 78 in Dallas, TX on April 12, 2026. Then on May 7, 2026 I got a "Notice of Non-Compliance" from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc. It had a picture of my car going in and out of the lot, saying I broke the posted rules.

After I looked into this company, I found out it's a scam notice they send to people who park there. They try to get money that's not even owed. I already paid.
