Official looking parking bill for a day I was at a private event

Got this letter in the mail that looks super official from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc. Says I owe $97 for parking in a private area at 720 Garland Road in Dallas without a permit on March 22, 2026 from 12:30 pm to 3:04 pm. They even put a picture of my car on the bill.

But here’s the thing. I was at a private event at the Dallas Arboretum that day and parked in their special reserved lot. So I don’t know what this is about. Their website is disputes.prrsparking.com and their address is PO Box 440350, Aurora, CO 80044. Phone number is (887) 302-7275. Just seems off.
