I sold him rims that matched his bolt pattern (5-mm) size that he requested by using a bolt pattern gauge that works 100%He viewed the bolt pattern on the bolt pattern gauge and he okayed itWe then loaded the rim
and free hubcapsI priced him the cheapest new tires I could get for himHe then went to another tire shop for more tire quotes
15-minutes later he text me; "the rims don't fit on the wheel hub" I told him to bring them back so I could check them outI was closed at five I had things to do that day and asked him to bring them back the next day for a refundThe next day came, he kept texting and calling my number about the time he could bring them in, I told him to bring them back any time between AM and PMHe text me and said he will bring them back after Christmas 2015, so I stopped texting him*** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
Settlement
It is now April 2016, it is too late to prove that the rims he has is the actual rims that I sold himBest regards

He used the gauge that works "100%" but showed very little confidence that they were the onesHe tried the gauge a number of times before finally saying that they should work

Very convenient for him to say its been to long to refund when he is the reason it took so long to reply
