Ordered shoes from a TikTok ad, never got them, still waiting on a refund.

I saw an ad on TikTok around Christmas for cheap Hey Dudes shoes and clothes. I thought it was legit at first, so I made a purchase. It took forever to even get a tracking number, and then suddenly it said delivered. I never got anything.

I emailed them and said I didn't get the package and that this felt like a scam. They said it wasn't and that they'd resend the items. They sent a new tracking number a lot quicker this time. Then, after a couple weeks, it again showed as delivered. I still didn't get anything.

I emailed them again about it. They first offered a 70% refund, but I called them out on that. Now they say I'm supposed to get a 100% refund. I'll believe it when I see it. I've saved all the emails. Their email is [email protected].
