Got a weird voicemail about a personal loan I never asked for

I got this voicemail out of the blue. It was from someone named Paul Johnson. He said he saw my interest in a personal loan shared with a financial institution they help.

He was talking about a $25,000 loan at 5.8%, with payments around $480 a month. Said it was for anything, no collateral. The message told me to press one to connect or call him directly. He gave two numbers: 855-357-2024 and 844-502-3272. Press 9 to opt out.

I never shared any interest in a loan with anyone. It felt off. I don't know who this Paul Johnson is or what company he's with. Just a random voicemail trying to get me to call back about a loan.
