Got a voicemail about a loan I never applied for

I got a voicemail from a Paul Johnson Loan Services. The number was 413-872-2802. The message said they saw I was looking for a personal loan with a lender they work with. The guy, Paul Johnson, said he could get me approved. He wanted to check a few things. He gave out these other numbers to call, 855-357-2024 and 844-502-3272. He even started talking about a $25,000 loan at 5.8% with a $480 monthly payment.

The thing is, I never applied for any loan or shared my interest with any financial institution. I don't know how they got my number or why they're contacting me. It felt off. I didn't call back, but I don't like getting these unsolicited messages about loans I didn't ask for.
