Bought a sewing gadget on Facebook and never got it

I saw an ad on Facebook for an Adjustable Magnetic Seam Guide for sewing. Looked like a good little tool so I ordered it on April 13th. It was $16.95 plus $5.99 shipping so total was $22.94. I never got the thing.

I contacted their customer service to cancel and they said no because the package already arrived in the US. I waited longer and the shipping never updated. So I wrote them again and said I want a refund. Now they keep saying they sent a replacement even though I told them I did not want a replacement. I just want my money back. The last message just keeps saying "Your replacement parcel has been shipped."
