Website would not take my card said account was flagged
I was trying to buy something on paytel. com and when I went to check out it would not take my card. It just kept saying my account was flagged or something. I did not understand why because I have never used this site before.
Then they told me I should use cash instead. That felt really strange to me. I mean why would a website not take a card and then ask for cash? I did not send them any money. I just stopped and walked away from it.
Their phone number is (800) 729-8355 and they are supposedly in NC, USA. I lost 0.01 but that was just a test or something not real money.
