Charged $49.95 after I canceled their PDF service

I used the PDF service on their website and then right away I canceled it. I thought that was it, no big deal.

But then a while later I see a charge on my account for $49.95. I don't know how they did it because I canceled. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. Their address is in Tampa, FL 33633. I just want my money back.
