Getting constant harassing loan calls from different numbers

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times every single day, even after I told them to stop calling. They are very aggressive and rude when I answer.

I never applied for any loan with them. They got my number from somewhere and now they just won't leave me alone. It's been going on for weeks like this. I blocked that first number, but then they just started calling from different ones.

It's causing me a lot of stress. I looked into who they are and found a website for Penelope's Bloom and an address in Chatsworth, California. I don't know why they have my number or why they won't stop.
