Charged for clothes I never got, now a new $100 charge

I got an offer for a style quiz that cost 99 cents, and it was supposed to send personal style advice to my email. I never got that advice. Then they charged my card $49.00 for clothing. I couldn't figure out how to actually get the clothes I supposedly agreed to buy. There was no clear way to do it.

Now, months later, I see a new charge from them for $100. I tried to log in and I emailed them, but they're saying they don't recognize my email address. They're acting like I don't even have an account.
