Ordered a Pilates bench from Pilaplex.com, never got it and no one replies

Back on February 27, 2026, I ordered a Pilates workbench from their website, pilaplex.com. The money, $139.99, came right out of my debit card. But the item never showed up. On their site it says it was delivered, but it definitely wasn't.

I've tried emailing them at [email protected] about it multiple times. I gave them my order number, PL1001850. They never wrote back to me, not once. They have pages on Facebook and Instagram and they show up on Google, so they seem like a real company.

They took the money but I never got the product. They haven't given me a refund either. I just want my money returned.
