Ordered a neck cream from PinkLabs and got a completely different product

I saw this neck cream all over Facebook ads from PinkLabs at pinklabs.co. They show a pink bottle and what the cream is supposed to do. So I ordered it.

When it arrived, the bottle was yellow. It says Firming Lifting Neck Cream AH-8 on it. There's zero reference to Pink Labs anywhere. It doesn't remotely look like the product they advertised.

I tried emailing their support address to discuss the issue. No response. I even posted on their Facebook pages. They don't respond there either. It's a complete scam. I lost $39.99 on this order.
