Letter about a dead relative leaving millions I never heard of

I got this letter in the mail from Pinnacle Probate Partners. It said there was a relative with the same last name as me who died and left $13,000,000 in probate. They said they were searching for relatives.

The letter had an address on King Street in Toronto and an email from someone named PHWANG. I never heard of this person or any relative dying with that kind of money. It just felt off. I didn't call or email them. No company name I recognized on the envelope either. Just weird.
