Charged by Plantum and can't cancel, they keep trying to bill me

I used Plantum.com for help with a plant and paid the first $6.99. Now they've tried to charge me twice more for some ongoing payment I never signed up for.

I can't cancel. Their phone number, (786) 386-2197, just rings forever with no voicemail. I emailed [email protected] and they just asked me questions like what my card digits were, no help at all. I had to close my debit card with my bank.

Now they've tried to charge the new card twice for the same amount. There's no way to talk to anyone and they just keep trying to take money.
