Got a text about winning money from a site I never used
Ordered tools from PlaytrixLab but only got a cheap keychain
Ordered a tool keychain that never shipped, emails bounce back
The tracking just says 'waiting on carrier' and never changes. I tried to email them using the address connected to my order, but the emails bounce back as undeliverable. So I used the contact email on their actual website, [email protected]. Still no reply from anyone about my order status. Nothing.
The whole thing feels off. The email from the order isn't the same as their site contact, and neither one gets a response. It's highly suspicious, like a dropshipping scam where they just never send the item. My money is gone and I have nothing to show for it.
