Paid for a digital product and never got it, no response

I bought a digital product from plrhow.com. The purchase was supposed to come to my email but it never did. It's been a week now.

I contacted them multiple times using their support email, [email protected], but got no response back. They don't have an address or a real phone number listed anywhere, just an address that says CA 64367, USA. I paid $29.99 and got nothing.
