Ordered a weighted cow plush but got something else, then found surprise charges
I ordered a plusg weighted cow and got something totally different that didn't even work. After months of trying to get the actual product I gave up, because they just sent something close but still not right.
Then I look at my credit card statement and find they've been charging my card for months. It's a recurring payment. I never signed up for any subscription. I just ordered a cute cow plushie.
I contacted them and they told me I need to cancel the subscription I didn't sign up for on their website. But when you try to cancel, you can't. It doesn't work.
