Ordered a pet item online, never got it and can't reach anyone

I ordered something for my pet from pominie.com. I got a confirmation email and even a tracking page, but the item never showed up. It's been way past when it was supposed to arrive.

I tried emailing their support at [email protected] and got no reply. I called the number listed, 1(917) 508-5062, but the calls just cut off. It didn't even ring.

I'm out $11.99 and there's just no way to get ahold of this place for an explanation or help. Nothing.
