Ordered over a month ago and tracking says delivered but nothing showed up

I ordered something from Pomlulu over a month ago. I thought it was shipping from Arizona but I guess I was wrong. The tracking updated fine and yesterday it said delivered to my mailbox. Wrong again because nothing was there. I tried emailing them through the contact form on the site but no response at all. So I lost $63.00 on this.
